Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the M-SELEN E-Ticket Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must:

• Have a valid M-SELEN account
• Be authorised to use that account
• Provide accurate information

When purchasing tickets:

• All sales are final
• No refunds unless required by law or event organiser policy
• Tickets are delivered electronically

Each ticket contains a unique QR code.

Each ticket:

• Is valid for one entry only
• Cannot be duplicated or reused
• Cannot be resold for commercial gain without permission

We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent tickets.

Entry is controlled by the event organiser. We are not responsible for event cancellation, event delays, or event changes. These are the responsibility of the organiser.

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform
• Use the Platform illegally
• Abuse the system

Violation may result in account suspension.

Our Telekom and M-SELEN are not liable for loss resulting from misuse of your ticket, loss due to sharing your QR code, or loss caused by event organiser decisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Solomon Islands.
