Telekom Digital Limited (TDL) is a subsidiary of Solomon Telekom Company Limited (STCL), created to drive digital financial services in the Solomon Islands. We operate M-SELEN, the country’s first licensed mobile money service, regulated by the Central Bank of Solomon Islands.
M-SELEN helps people access financial services like money transfers, bill payments, airtime top-ups, savings, shopping, and remittances — all through their mobile phones.
TDL is committed to improving financial inclusion, especially for the unbanked, and creating impact through job creation, support for women and youth, and digital solutions for small businesses.
With strong community ties and backing from STCL, we aim to build a more inclusive, innovative, and financially connected Solomon Islands.
